Chatwoot is an open-source customer engagement platform - live chat, email, and social inboxes in one place, so your team can support customers from a single dashboard.
Getting started
- Open your CApp URL and create your account on the sign-up screen - the first account creates your own workspace and becomes its administrator.
- Add an inbox under Settings -> Inboxes (website live chat, email, Facebook, and more), then add agents.
- Install the website widget snippet on your site, or connect your existing channels, and conversations will start flowing into your inbox.
Note: outgoing email (agent invites, notifications) isn't wired to a real mail provider by default. Get in touch if you'd like SMTP configured for your instance.
