FreeScout is a self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox solution - unlimited users and mailboxes, with a clean support-ticket interface similar to Help Scout.
Getting started
- First boot takes 2-5 minutes while the database is set up - be patient on first load.
- Log in with your account email and the password you set at checkout.
- Go to Mailboxes -> New Mailbox to connect your own support inbox via IMAP/SMTP so FreeScout can fetch and send customer emails.
